I'm not happy with my
purchase can I get a refund?
Its very unusual
that you would not be happy with the items you purchase from us but if you are
and require a refund then we will be happy to help. Email us at
sales@mysticalfriends.co.uk and
inform us about your purchase and decision to return. Once the item has reached
us we will credit your payment in whichever method you used to pay. Please be
advised that we are unable to refund any postage costs you may have paid.
It is important that you
contact us if you believe your item is faulty we may have a replacement or it
may require refund.
In both cases of
unwanted and faulty items please do not send items back by special delivery as
the cost to yourself will be higher than needed. We will normally only ask you
to return by first or second class post. The post office will be able to give
you a proof of postage at no extra cost this will provide means of compensation
if the item does go missing in the post. Sometimes we may only request a picture
of the faulty item depending on the fault.
Why are some items available on Ebay at different prices?
We do sell some of our items on ebay, some are
discontinued lines others are brand new lines all the items we sell on ebay are
all sold at auction so the prices may be higher or might even be lower it all
depends on the watchers at the time of the auction.
Is delivery really free?
To keep
our prices low free postage only applies to orders over £5.00 and within the UK.
For orders £5.00 and under a flat fee of £2.50 per order applies. Orders shipped overseas will
receive discounted postage please email us your order if you are outside the UK
or email us if you require a postage quote.
How long will my delivery take?
All orders will be delivered first class but please allow 7-10 days for delivery, if you wish to
check the status of your order please feel free to

We accept mastercard, maestro, visa, amex, switch,
solo, delta and visa electron as well as paypal. (all card transactions will be
processed by paypal) we will also accept cheques and postal orders, please email
